The App has several hubs, designed to help you in different ways.

  • Wellbeing Hub provides bite size education to help understand psychological trauma and resilience. It also has a skills area, explaining why different skills help manage symptoms of chronic and acute stress and how to use them - the skills area also has audio and video tracks to teach you these skills!

  • Recovery Hub provides information and guidance to help in the first few hours, days and weeks after experiencing acute stress, distress or psychological shock. There is guidance for people directly impacted, and guidance for family, friends and colleagues who want to help. The Hub also explains different types of help available and when and how to access it.

  • Through The Looking Glass, this is a podcast peering into the world of people working in complex, demanding and unusual professions, and discussing how they manage their psychological welfare given the demands of their jobs. Sharing to help others learn from their experiences. Alongside the main podcast the PodBites sister series shares short 15min Q&A sessions with our interviewees, where they are asked questions sent to us by our App users!

  • Training Hub is provided for anyone who has completed SafeHaven training – in this hub you will find all your course notes and training materials, easily accessible at any time.
