SafeHaven CISM COVID19 Service Update

The current situation with COVID 19 is creating massive change for everyone.

To ensure we appropriately isolate, we have transferred our services on to our remote systems; allowing us to ensure the full range of support remains available.

Due to several requests, in addition to our usual psychological services, we have extended the range of tele-health support organisations have the option of offering personnel. Our treatment centre team will now provide their wellbeing sessions online. This includes: Acupressure, Mindfulness, Nutritional Therapy and Personal Coaching.

Tele-Health Support

Crisis counselling, trauma-focused and general counselling and psychotherapy all remain available; alongside supervision for workplace peers tasked with supporting the mental wellbeing of colleagues. In addition to these standard services, you can choose to offer employees access to wellbeing sessions.

Usually reserved for those in isolated or distant locations, we are delivering our workplace training courses online, via remote learning, for the time being. If you would like to upskill personnel who may have down-time and develop a workplace peer-support network, our Mental Health Awareness, PTSD Awareness and Psychological First Aid courses are all available.

Digital Health

Our 6 week online programme remains available for people who are distressed and struggling with acute stress. Working with a mental health professional, the programme enables someone to learn how to support their mental wellbeing and recover from acute stress.

On-Call CISM Support

Our on-call teams remain available to respond to major and complex incidents. We will work with you to ensure this is carried out in the safest way possible.

To provide your personnel with access to any of the services, just contact us for further details.

Finally, we do have an information leaflet providing guidance on managing the impact of stress during the pandemic, simply contact us to request a copy.

Wishing everyone the very best of health as we work together through these challenging times.
